Okay so my illness causes me to get anxious over certain things and writing in my journal is one of them. To ease that anxiety, I'm going to only update this journal once a week. I'll record all of my dreams for each day and just upload them every Sunday. See you this Sunday!

Monday, January 07, 2013 Dream 174 (Normal Dream)I was an Egyptologist and was excavating an Egyptian temple. It looked like the ruins of Karnack. I was on the roof of the temple when some muslim terrorists showed up, ready to blow the temple to smithereens. There was a hole in the middle of the roof. I thought it would be a bad idea to jump into it but I and the other Egyptologists did anyways. We fell onto a staircase and ran down into a courtyard as the explosions started.../...Something about Invader Zim and the Mario enemy piranha plants in a spaceship... Saturday, February 23, 2013 Dream 175 (Normal Dream)I was a part of a ballet group and we were going to perform in an auditorium. The group tried to convince me to sing onstage but once I saw how big the auditorium was (namely how high the ceiling was*) and how many people were in it, I immediately said no. I also backed out of our dancing performance. I started to have a mental breakdown and I really needed to see a therapist from a hospital I stayed in at one point. As I ran, the hospital formed around me. Even though my dream made this hospital and therapist up, I really felt like I had been there before. I ran to the front desk and started to beg the nurses for the therapist. I really needed her advice. The nurses acted all weird and wouldn’t help me. I saw Brandy J. She was in the hospital again? Then the hospital melted away and I was along a beach with Eriq. It was night and there was tons of cloud to cloud lightening everywhere. The sky was ablaze with white light and the sky was making an awful grinding noise. There were many houses along the beach. Eriq and I ran into some male DC’s house. The DC didn’t mind. He wanted us to be safe, I could sense it. A tsunami came and wiped away the houses, including the one Eriq and I were in. We escaped but the DC didn’t and was swept out to sea. Then it was daytime and we were in some random neighborhood. The storm was gone but the sky was still making that grinding noise. The world was going to end soon... END DREAM note: I used to have nightmares about places with really high ceilings. I would enter into a place with a unnaturally high ceiling, usually a grocery store or auditorium, and then the building would turn upside down and I would die from the impact. That’s probably partly why I was scared of the auditorium in this dream.

Sunday, February 24, 2013 Dream 176 (Normal Dream)Our family lived in a really nice mansion but we were going to move soon. All my stuff was cramped into a space downstairs. I was upset because I was supposed to have a really cool room upstairs but since we were moving soon, there would be no point to move my stuff into the room. I went to look at the room. It was spacious and had four sections: a bedroom, a mini kitchen, a bathroom, and a closet. I really wanted to live in this room. The room that was supposed to be Eriq’s was right next to it. I went to look at it. Then the house turned into a cathedral. I was with a group of four boys. They were climbing the pillars of the cathedral to be daredevils. I said I would climb the pillars with them.../...I was in some random house. I was yelling at my mom about my illness, telling her that I can’t control the things I hear and see*. I angrily stomped away because she wasn’t listening.../...I was searching for Wreck-It Ralph in a Disney superstore. Since it costs so much to buy on Fios TV*, I thought I could just find the DVD for cheap. The store didn’t carry it and I was angry... END DREAM note: My mom doesn’t understand my illness irl so I think that’s why I keep having dreams about it lately.

note 2: Wreck-It Ralph costs 20 bucks to get on Fios TV irl so I think I want to just buy the DVD.

Say, does anyone know the answers to a few questions I have about the forum?

1. Is there any way to save a thread as a word document. Like is there any way I can download a whole thread's text in one file? I'd like to save my old dream journal just in case the forum ever goes down but I don't really want to click and save through all 40 pages.

2. Is there any way we can change our usernames? I've been wanting to change my name to MeltingCORE since that's the name I use on everything else.

We can change your username, but it is an administrative function and requires a password reset.

Yes, there is a way to save your entire journal.  It is downloaded in HTML format, with no options.  (It is a function a prior and no longer active technical wizard wrote for us.)  Just go to Profile, then click Download Dream Journal, then save the file somewhere.  You can view it in any browser.

Saturday, March 02, 2013 DREAM 177 (Lucid Dream)I was in a hospital. There was something about the patients but I don’t remember much about this part. Running from room to room? The hospital then transformed into my Florida grandparents house. It was two stories instead of one story. I was in the front room. I realized I was dreaming by saying I was dreaming. Eriq came into the room and I told him he wasn’t real. He tried to convince me otherwise but I said he wasn’t going to trick me this time. I walked upstairs but everything was all dark so I went back downstairs. I knew something bad would happen if I walked into a darkened place. I went back upstairs and willed the lights to be on. Then the scene changed and I was in my house. I went into my room which was now an orange bathroom. I wanted to will Cien to be there since she’s my best friend. The dream froze and I started to panic, worried that I would loose lucidity. I was frozen for about twenty seconds. Then I broke free. I tried to draw Cien on the bathroom wall to conjure her up that way. It didn’t work. I went downstairs. My mom and grandma V were making spaghetti. I willed the house across the street to be Cien’s house. The house was replaced with an orange, one story house. I said I was going over to Cien’s. My mom said that she needed my help with the spaghetti. I impatiently started to help but then realized that was stupid since this was a dream. I ran out of the house and my mom followed me, yelling at me to come back. The orange house was now two stories. I noticed how wet the pavement was. It must’ve just rained. Cien’s dad came out and said I couldn’t see her because she was having some issues. I pushed past him. Cien was fine. She was watching tv on the patio... END DREAM Sunday, March 03, 2013 DREAM 178 (Normal Dream)I was in a million story hotel. I was riding the elevators up and it was scary. The elevator walls were made of glass so I could see all the way down. The elevator jolted a few times. I reached my destination: an apartment. I walked in to find that a female DC had captured four mice and was going to eat them. I felt bad for the mice. The DC was knocking them out and putting them in sauces. The dream glitched and it was later. The DC was gone. I grabbed the sauces but all I found was mice crap. I knew the mice had escaped and I was happy. Then I was looking for a boy who was going to commit suicide. I kept getting images of him jumping off the hotel. I walked around for awhile and the hotel morphed into my room. Juju and some other DCs were sitting on my bed. I started telling them about all the languages I’m learning.../...I was in my old Florida house. Our cats were there and I screamed when I realized it because they’re dead IWL. Then I was outside with my family. We were all naked. I walked over to the carport. Our toilet was outside... END DREAM

Recording a dream I had about TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)... The Kraang came back from being all underwater and stuff. (At the end of the first season their ship plummets to the bottom of the ocean.) Their new secret base was disguised as a WalMart. I went in thinking it was a WalMart, of course noticing all the alien technology. Then I heard Leo screaming and realized he'd been captured. So I found where he was being held. Mikey, Raph, and Donnie all showed up to save him. I started helping the turtles fight against the Kraang. (This part was super action-y and fast paced, I was doing karate/ninja moves or something.) And then Kraang Prime showed up. We started fighting her and then I woke up.

I don't remember a single one of them, but when I was really young I used to have TNMT dreams like every night... Would wake up crying when shredder and his two cronies won. Strange how things that effect us so much when we're in our single-digits no longer mean much a few decades later.

I've been watching the new series a lot lately so it keeps appearing in my dreams haha! I haven't had Shredder in any of them so that's good. XD And yeah, I know what you mean. When I was little, I used to have nightmares about a pointy light in my room. Now it just makes me laugh!

No waking up or not sleeping at all. Full dreams every single night. (Aha, because of college, I haven't wrote many down though... :()

Don't remember date. Dream 182 (Normal Dream)I was in a random house. Don’t remember why. It was pretty posh looking, must’ve been owned by some rich people. I had this cool mechanical flower attached to my head that allowed me to communicate with the Kraang. I heard them say they were coming to get me. I went out onto the porch. The house was overlooking a lake. I remember the water being beautifully reflective of the clear, evening sky. There were three teenaged boys swimming. They started pointing to me and shouting something garbled. I saw a Kraang ship coming out the sky. It looked different than their other ships. You know how dandelion seeds look when you blow them into the air? That’s kind of how it looked. They fired on and killed the three boys. Then I woke up. END DREAM Don't remember date. Dream 183 (Normal Dream)It was night. I was in a industrial building with three other girls. We were running up stairs to get away from the Turtles. We got to the top of the stairs to find that the door leading to the roof required a special key. I took out a laser and cut the door open. We ran onto the roof. The dream switched. I was then with Dib (from InvaderZIM) in his house. Apparently we’d been friends since childhood. I had told him a long time ago that I was helping aliens take over Earth. I asked him if he remembered that. He said yes. I told him I wasn’t joking. Being a paranormal nut, he started freaking out. He also called me a traitor. (LOL I’M DYING.) I walked out of his house, smiled evilly, and teleported away. I went back to his house a few hours later to find “men in black”. One shot me point blank range in the head, but my head didn’t explode nor did I die. (I presume my body had been modified to be really resistant or something?) I fell to the floor, paralyzed in most parts of my body. I managed to put a shield around me, so the “men in black” didn’t try to take me away. I tried to use my communication device (the mechanical flower from the last dream) to ask the for Kraang help, but it kept saying I wasn’t a authorized user. After a few minutes, I finally got in and sent a distress signal. I touched the back of my head. It felt real, incredibly bloody and squishy. I heard the sounds of a Kraang spaceship. Then I woke up. END DREAM

Don't have time to record, lots of math work to be done, just noting that I had a dream that I was Trillian from "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" and she/I was shot in the head. It felt very real. (Weird, second dream about being shot in the head...) Also, something about being swept up into a storm (not by a tornado, by pure wind alone). Cool imagery.

Very creepy dream but it made me laugh because it was so absurd. First part: dreamed that I was bitten by a mosquito and my eyes became infected with tons of parasitic worms. They were bubbling and hurting my eyes. (Scary thing guys: there's actually parasites that can infect your eyes. They aren't as extreme as my dream though.) Second part: dreamed there were tons and tons of huge bumble bees in my room and they kept multiplying.

Bug fetish, or phobia?

LOL definitely not a fetish, but not a phobia either. Bugs don't freak me out, I actually don't like killing them so I pick them up and take em outside. The only bug I have a phobia of is roaches, because I once lived in a placed infested with them. I would find them everywhere. And they where the big nasty kind to. D: So glad I live in a better place now.

I USED to be mortified of spiders and earwigs, but didn't want my kids to also have the same fear, so I "got over it"!  And I've been known to escort the odd spider/ladybug/earwig/moth, etc. outside as well.

They CAN pinch with those back-end pincers, but I don't pick them up with my bare hands, either.

Weird dream about scientists strapping me in a chair and putting it in front of a tornado to "see what happens".

Interesting fragments: I remember walking through a cave, trying not to step on lava. It must've been deep underground. Playing some sort of futuristic game, weapons that had tentacles. Deep blue. Switched to Super Mario, a new Princess (of stars) was introduced then captured by Bowser.

Neat dream, will write details quickly: I was playing some sort of game. It was in a huge geometric structure. (I think this was inspired by the book I just read - Blindsight by Peter Watts. In the book there's a huge alien structure called Rorschach. It's this huge maze of twisting patterns. The place I was in was like Rorschach. The only difference is Rorschach is organic while the place I was in wasn't.) So the game was to find people hiding in the crevices of the maze. But I got further and further away from the game zone, sirens started going off. There were vents that lead into a different dimension. I went through one of them and found myself on a alien ship. This dimension's gravity was heavier and I fell to the floor. When I woke up, there were people taking care of me. Even though this was a different dimension, they looked human. Just with outlandish, futuristic clothes. I looked out of one of the ship's windows and saw it was leaving a alternate Earth. It flew over a lake then went into hyper-drive causing me to scream because it felt like a roller coaster. Then we were in space. I woke up there.

Yet another dream about diving into a nuclear reactor.

I have a unnatural obsession with nuclear power plants lol. But what it was like? Well, I remember everything being very bright and blue. And I fell into the coolant surrounding the reactors. Very creepy dream about hiding from a demon that wanted to eat me and the only way to get it to go away was to hide under my mom's purple/green blanket.

I think its strangely charming how when we get scared we think hiding under the blanket and being quiet will save us. Does your mom have a purple/green blanket for real?

I saw the announcement about the site being taken down, so I'm trying to download the three journals I've had here over the years. I can't find the download button on any of them. Someone, please help - I don't want years of work going to waste!

Em- Don't worry, the site is NOT coming down.  That said, you should always take some time to download your DJ every so often. I can't remember the exact sequence, but you have to go to your member page and on the far left there is a link to downloading your DJ.  Any further questions if you can't do it direct to Wolvendeer, I think.
