Scott, Peter, Paul,
This must be that kit by Bradley Thompson! I was a sucker for it, and bought the downloadable book portion and the audio CD. Then they came out with an 8 hour CD that supposedly mimics the brainwave entrainment of the various sleep phases with cues in the REM states.
The herb they mention is the Calea Z and a slew of other herbs that probably are placebos for the most part. The audio CD may be ok, and Ive had maybe two lucid dreams with this one. But the 8 hour CD I had problems with and it prevented me from falling asleep and made me have a horrid night the two or three times I tried it. It certainly doens't match my brainwaves and Id rather listen to music!
We learn so much more here on this Forum. One exception may be trying any hemi-synch brain wave entrainment technologies for those who may have difficulty falling back to sleep at the WBTB times.
