Ready to start...
I'd just like to say that I'm happy to be a part of this workshop and look forward to learning more about dreaming
Okay, I'm new and I haven't kept a dream journal, but I will definitely start.
My calculations for April are, of course, only approximate::
Recalled - 6/30 =.20 Fragment - 4/30 =.1333 Lucid - 5/50 = .1667
I have kept a very regular DJ on DV. I have only one month in that entire two years that I would consider incomplete. Yep...April 2008. So I think it would be a lot more meaningful to me to just go back one month to a regular month, and that would give me a better feel for how I normally dream.
Plus, I found it hard to determine the exact line between fragment and dream. I had some that could have gone both ways.
I found a good example dream to show what would be the line between dream and fragment. It would have to have at least this much info to be considered a dream:
QuoteDream 1:
I remember something about going camping. I ended up in a tree to watch the wildlife. As I looked out I was surprised to see a zebra. I then looked over and saw lions. I wondered where I was.
I then saw a fence around this big area. I realized I was in a wildlife park. A person who worked there came in and started talking to me. I remember the lions getting really close and I climbed a tree.
Pretty fuzzy dream....
